Back a proposal with a WNS name — its weight is the ETH you've committed to that name (length-fee tier × time paid ahead), so voting power tracks real contribution, not headcount. Conviction builds while weight is held and decays when withdrawn; a proposal passes once it crosses the threshold (about the Pass bar of weight sustained for one half-life), then executes after a short timelock. No deadlines and no “against” — withhold support or veto to oppose. Rendered entirely on-chain.
